Mozart and Bernstein both had a love for staged comic operetta. Tonight we present two of their best known works from the genre. The Mansfield Symphony Chorus joins the Symphony and four guest soloists on the stage for Suite from Candide and the overture from Marriage of Figaro. Also on the program is Mozart’s Symphony #31 Paris. The Best of All Possible Worlds reveals itself in this French flavored evening of music that will leave you longing for Paris in the springtime.
