The Renaissance Box Office is open for phone and walk-up sales from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, and two hours before each performance.
The Box Office is located in the Renaissance lobby, at 138 Park Avenue West in Downtown Mansfield.
You may purchase tickets for any Renaissance event by phone, in person at our box office, or on this website by clicking any of the "buy tickets" links.

In order to provide the best ticketing transactions possible, the Renaissance has implemented the following ticketing fees, paid by the purchaser on top of the price of each ticket. While ticketing fees may be frustrating to many patrons, we are proud to offer a fee to our patrons significantly lower than many other venues. Fees from national ticketing outlets have skyrocketed to an average of $8.00 per ticket. In keeping with the demands of our industry, while putting patrons first, we know these fees will allow us to continue to improve the ticketing process for all.
All Renaissance ticketing fees include $1.50 per ticket towards the preservation and restoration of the Renaissance. This fee is known as the "restoration fee". Monies collected for this fee are kept separate from all other monies and are devoted to the ongoing maintenance and preservation of our 1928 facility.
Our box office expenses total nearly $75,000 annually (which includes $25,000 each year in credit card processing fees). These fees help alleviate that cost, while maintaining the best and most secure box office infrastructure.
The Renaissance Theatre cannot offer refunds on tickets. All sales are final. We aplogize for any inconvenience and will be glad to answer any questions you may have before finalizing your sale.
